CalSPRA’s Colleague Connect (C3) Program provides support, learning and professional growth opportunities by providing a forum for communications professionals to give and receive guidance, reflect on your practice as an organizational leader and communicator, easily create connections among members more like you, and build lasting relationships with communicators across the state.

There are three ways to participate:

• Mentor - share your hard-earned wisdom with someone new to the field
• Mentee - connect with a seasoned pro for advice and support
• Peer - find members who share your perspective and lean on each other

Allow yourself 15-20 minutes to complete the C3 registration. You will be asked a number of questions that will help with the mentor/mentee/peer pairing process.
