Based on the book of the same name and presented by one of the authors, this month-long, once per week workshop will prepare you to train your district and campus leaders with digital materials and templates they can immediately put to use. Organized by the four-step process, we will cover a variety of best practices related to communication channels, internal communication, customer service, crisis messaging, and building communicating cultures & systems.
We’ll also tackle leadership with an equity lens and explore school and district level communication impact on student success. Participants will receive tips, checklists, templates and examples on researching, planning and measuring communication success.
This session is appropriate for anyone with district communication responsibilities, as well as district and school leaders who want to improve their practice and share with others. Each participant will receive a complimentary copy of the book, “The Communicating Principal.”
Open to anyone interested in improving the communication at their organization (communication pros, superintendents, executive assistants and principals).
*This course will be recorded and recordings will be shared with registrants in the event they cannot attend.*
