This Super Communication session will lead attendees in a group discussion on how to build the trust and confidence of the Superintendent and Cabinet team in the communications role. Learn from a Superintendent and a Communications Officer the best practices to provide advice to administrative leadership, channels to monitor to maintain awareness of what is happening in your community and what could affect your organization, and gain tips to help prioritize daily tasks.

Attendees will leave the session with examples of building a working relationship between a Superintendent and the communications position and will have time for questions and discussion. Attendees will receive a tip sheet with examples of different channels to monitor to maintain community awareness, as well as tips for building confidence in the communications role.

The session will be recorded and a recording will be provided to all registrants.
